A plan is a service agreement, not insurance. It is billed once a year. To cancel, call or text before your renewal date; we text a reminder 30 days ahead. The priority window depends on the day's schedule and is not a promised arrival time. Our labor is covered for 90 days after a repair; parts carry the maker's own terms. Parts, refrigerant and repairs are quoted separately, in writing.

Questions

Plan questions

Is the plan insurance?

No. It is a service agreement: scheduled visits, a priority window and a labor discount with the terms written above. It does not pay for parts or repairs.

What if I want to cancel?

Call or text before your renewal date. We send a reminder 30 days ahead. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Can I add a second system or unit?

Yes. The added-system and added-unit prices are on the table. The Kitchen plan covers two units for the base price.

What does "priority" mean?

On a day when the route is full, plan customers are scheduled before others. It is not a promised arrival time.

Which plan fits?

Tell us what you have: one system, or a walk-in and an ice machine. We will say which plan, if either, makes sense.
